We are now seeking a talented Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our data strategy.Job Overview:As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be instrumental in leveraging data to drive decision-making and optimise our platform’s performance.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Engineering, to develop and implement advanced analytics, machine learning models, and data-driven solutions. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a blend of remote work and collaboration at our London office.Key Responsibilities:Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models that solve complex business problems, enhance user experience, and drive operational efficiency.Data Insights: Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business strategy and product development.Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand data needs and integrate data science solutions into product features.Experimentation: Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of new features and marketing initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making.Data Infrastructure: Collaborate with data engineers to build and optimize data pipelines, ensuring data is readily available and of high quality for analysis.Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.Stakeholder Communication: Present complex data findings and model results to non-technical stakeholders, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.Required Qualifications:Experience: 4+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of deploying models and driving business impact in an e-commerce or marketplace environment.Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar.
