The Opportunity
We're seeking a driven Sales Account Manager to grow our client portfolio and drive revenue through innovative OOH solutions. If you're passionate about sales, have a proven track record in closing deals, and understand the power of outdoor advertising, we want to hear from you!
Your Impact
As our Sales Account Manager, you'll:
- Drive significant revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and securing new business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed ambitious targets
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value OOH advertising deals
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your account portfolio
- Craft compelling pitches and presentations that showcase our innovative OOH solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored, creative proposals that win business
- Negotiate contracts and manage complex client relationships at senior levels
- Mentor junior sales team members, sharing best practices and driving performance
- Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage market insights to create sales opportunities
- Contribute to the agency's overall sales strategy and business development initiatives
Your Expertise
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 4-6 years of successful sales experience, preferably in OOH or media advertising
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the OOH landscape, including traditional and digital formats
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle complex sales cycles
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, adept at pitching to C-level clients
- Experience in strategic account planning and client relationship management
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive sales strategies and demonstrate ROI
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for advertising and the ability to translate creative concepts into sales opportunities
