The Opportunity


We're seeking a driven Sales Account Manager to grow our client portfolio and drive revenue through innovative OOH solutions. If you're passionate about sales, have a proven track record in closing deals, and understand the power of outdoor advertising, we want to hear from you!


Your Impact


As our Sales Account Manager, you'll:


  • Drive significant revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and securing new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed ambitious targets
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value OOH advertising deals
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your account portfolio
  • Craft compelling pitches and presentations that showcase our innovative OOH solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored, creative proposals that win business
  • Negotiate contracts and manage complex client relationships at senior levels
  • Mentor junior sales team members, sharing best practices and driving performance
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage market insights to create sales opportunities
  • Contribute to the agency's overall sales strategy and business development initiatives


Your Expertise


The ideal candidate will bring:


  • 4-6 years of successful sales experience, preferably in OOH or media advertising
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the OOH landscape, including traditional and digital formats
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle complex sales cycles
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, adept at pitching to C-level clients
  • Experience in strategic account planning and client relationship management
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive sales strategies and demonstrate ROI
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for advertising and the ability to translate creative concepts into sales opportunities
