They are looking for an ambitious Behaviour TA to join their primary team as they focus on the progress of their SEN pupils. If you are looking for a new challenge in a primary school, please read on! Key Responsibilities: Support the classroom teacher work with SEMH/ SEN pupils. Differentiate work according to each child’s individual needs. Have good organisational skills. Have good literacy and numeracy skills. Provide one-on-one support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required. Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development. Requirements: Qualifications: Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent Experience: Previous experience working with SEMH/ SEN pupils Knowledge: Strong understanding of behaviour management Desirable: Experience working with children with SEN in a school/ provision.
