A leading luxury bespoke fitted furniture company is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to join their prestigious senior management team.
Region: Home Counties /London / East Midlands
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and motivate a regional field sales team of around 15 Sales Designers
- Ensure maximum conversion of company leads to orders by meeting agreed targets
- Coach, train and develop the sales team in sales techniques and product knowledge
- Assist Sales Designers in closing deals and making sales when required
- Conduct weekly and monthly sales forecasting and reporting
- Facilitate regular 1:1 meetings and regional sales meetings with the team
- Participate in national sales meetings and executive management meetings
- Oversee lead allocation, activity reporting, orders, and visit results
- Support recruitment, induction, and furniture R&D initiatives
- Drive adoption of design software within the team
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven sales management experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Background in home improvement/kitchen/bedroom or luxury/premium brands preferred
- Ability to work towards demanding targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
The Package:
- OTE: £50K - £85K, comprising competitive basic salary + lucrative commission
