Your Daily Impact as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

Track Progress: Observe and record students' progress and setbacks, providing feedback that helps shape their ongoing support.Qualities We're Looking For in an SEN Teaching Assistant:

Experience with SEN: Familiarity with supporting children who have autism, ADHD, or other learning challenges.
