As one of the fastest growing businesses in the industry, Montu is now actively looking to expand the team to take the company to the next level in the UK.Role descriptionThe role of the Rota and Clinical Coordinator is hybrid with 1-2 days required at our Reading office and sits within the operations team. The role requires a dynamic and patient centric individual who wants to help Montu patients and clinicians get the best out of the service. The candidate will be part of the UK founding team and help establish the operations and patient facing team.Responsibilities will include but not be restricted to:Maintain and manage clinical rotas to identifying gaps and providing cover where neededMaintain and manage pharmacy rotas to ensure smooth business operationsManage shift based working for the operations teamWork closely with the operation and clinical teams to ensure continuity of care for patientsEffectively manage processes to ensure there is a smooth transition for onboarding cliniciansManage any annual leave or absence in the clinical teamSupport operational and clinical recruitment and onboardingCollate feedback and liaise with Head of Governance on complaints and complimentsReport Incidents and significant events and liaise with Head of Governance on Incident and Significant eventsSupport clinicians working in the service with operational queriesLiaise with product and tech support team on technical issuesWork closely with line manager and wider team on service improvementAttend work related meetings as requiredTo maintain all mandatory training and familiarity with company policies and SOPSShift based and flexible working maybe required from time to timeSkills, Experience, and Qualification:4+ plus years of work experienceWorking in a healthcare environment advantageous but not essentialExcellent attention to detailAbility to work with senior clinicians and managers to manage diariesExcellent Communication skillsGood understanding of working a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPsHigh level of IT proficiencyAbility to work under pressureBenefits:You'll get a 30 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rataYou can join our generous pension scheme and the employer will match contributionsup to 5%You can avail Paternity or Maternity benefit which are in line with the statutory schemeThere are lots of opportunities to work on cross-team projects and represent Montu at events such as awards, trade shows and fairsCycle to work scheme
