Job Role: Head Chef Location: Central London Sector: Contract Catering Venue Salary: £50,000 We have a lovely Head Chef role just become available for a site based in Central London. This role will be mainly Monday to Friday with the possibility of a couple of weekend shifts over the year, You will manage a small team which covers restaurant service and events. The salary is starting at £50,000 for a 40 Hour week with any additional hours taken as Lieu. This is mainly day time hours but flexibility will be required as some evening events will take place. Core Hours will be Monday to Friday from 7am to 3.30pm however flexibility is required for evening and weekend events. That said the current head chef manages to get out at 2.30/3pm on quieter days Catering on a daily basis for members and doing anything from 5 covers to 50 covers for breakfast and lunch. This is a tapas style high end offering so Restaurant or Events experience would be preferred. Then canapes or buffets for evening events.
