Centre Manager / caretaker

We are looking for a centre manager / caretaker to help run 4 community centres in the Bedford area. Praetorium are responsible for the day to day running of 4 community Centres in the area and we are creating a new role in order to do so more effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for: * Day to day cleaning of the centres * Point of contact for hall users * Arranging access and opening and closing centres * increasing and building upon the current users to ensure the buildings are always busy * Basic "handyman" skills will be useful but not essential * Liaising with local organisations including the council The role is varied and will require some limited weekend work. The hours are mostly flexible which can be discussed to arrange a mutually convenient schedule. The ideal candidate will be able to drive and have their own car
