The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support student learning, contribute to a positive classroom environment, and help ensure the smooth operation of daily school activities.Key Responsibilities: Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them to achieve their learning goals.Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.Support students with special educational needs, ensuring they have equal access to learning opportunities.Help to create a positive, stimulating, and safe learning environment.Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.Carry out administrative tasks as needed, including preparing resources and classroom displays. Requirements: Experience working with children in an educational setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for education and a commitment to supporting student development.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools) are desirable but not essential.A willingness to undergo further training and professional development.
