We're looking for experienced Associate Case Managers with a background in Occupational Therapy, Nursing or Physiotherapy, UK-wide, to join our industry-leading team.

The Role:
You will carry out immediate needs assessments and proactively case manage clients who often face life-changing injuries.
Using your excellent communication skills, you will support your clients, helping them identify and achieve their full potential and provide goal-focused rehabilitation with the aim of facilitating an optimum return to work and function.
