We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing Group, spearheading recruitment for a number of brands under the BSQ Group. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, from the creation of job specifications to placing adverts on job boards, sourcing and candidate pipelining, all the way to ensuring the interview process is a world-class experience, onboarding is seamless, and that our offer to acceptance conversion rates and probation pass rates are as high as possible. This role would suit an ambitious Talent Acquisition professional looking to grow their career with an ambitious Corporate Services Group, who is experienced in volume hiring and candidate pipelining for customer-facing roles. Identify, assess and present diverse talent pools through diverse sourcing methods, with the aim of creating a conveyor belt of available talent when the requirement exists. Create reporting to report churn from hire, interview and offer conversion rate metrics to Senior Management.
