Service Advisor / Workshop Controller Position: Workshop Controller / Service Advisor Location: Croydon, Surrey Hours: 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday (Includes Breaks) Salary: Up to £36,000 Basic DOE + BonusesWe are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive well-established family-run Automotive Prestige Independent Service Centre who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor / Workshop Controller to assist in their busy Service Department in the Croydon area. Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor / Workshop Controller who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the motor trade, with experience in workshop control, service advising, or even a Senior Vehicle Technician/Foreman role. If you have the expertise to ensure smooth workshop operations while providing exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect role for you Their minimum requirements for a Service Advisor / Workshop Controller are as follows: A working experience within a Service Advisor role The ability to upsell on service work and service plans Customer Focused and an excellent communicator Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database SoftwareAs a Service Advisor / Workshop Controller with our Client you will be expected to: Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems Update Customers and Vehicle Records Prepare and complete Invoices Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requiresFor your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £36,000 with OTE of circa £39,600.
