Air Conditioning Engineer Location: London, Kent & Home Counties About Our Client: Our client is a leading provider of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services, specializing in innovative and sustainable solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. They are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems across various projects. Key Responsibilities: * Install and commission air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and chillers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications. * Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of air conditioning units to ensure efficient operation. * Diagnose faults in HVAC systems using appropriate tools and techniques, implementing effective solutions to resolve issues promptly. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical advice, and ensure customer satisfaction. * Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. * Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports, job sheets, and maintenance logs. * Collaborate closely with other engineers, technicians, and project managers to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications & Experience: * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent. * Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer in the HVAC industry. * Valid F-Gas certification. * Strong understanding of HVAC systems. * Proficient in diagnosing and repairing a variety of air conditioning systems. * Valid UK driving license.
