Process Automation Lead

Based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, our forward-thinking international client is looking for a Process Automation Lead to join their team on a permanent basis, working in a hybrid 3 days in the office. The business offers early Friday finishes as well.This job would suit a Data Analyst, with a mindset of process improvement and automation, to support in driving the AI and Automation strategy in the business. The position will be responsible for leveraging data, AI and automation technologies to improve efficiency and productivity across the whole business and all office locations.The company are a consultancy business within specialist markets across the UK and internationally who have experienced considerable growth (with this year targeting 25% growth after consistent growth throughout the covid years). This new role in the business has been created to take ownership of automations and AI strategy and will be an autonomous position partnering with all Heads of Departments to drive performance in line with business goals.The successful individual will have good experience in data analytics, working with parts of a business to improve effectiveness and productivity and using Automation software with high level knowledge and experience of using multiple AI platforms and tools and managing CRM platforms. This candidate should have excellent knowledge of AI prompts when utilising AI-powered chatbots (i.e. ChatGPT and Bing Chat).
