What we can offer you; Access to our company pension scheme Discounts on everything from groceries to well known retailers Access to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health; so you can lean on us whenever you need to 24 hour access to a virtual GP, 365 days a year, for you and family members in your household One paid days leave every year to volunteer and support your community Ongoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potential What you'll be doing; Lead a team to deliver key operations, ensuring all staff, visitors and contractors follow site rules Ensure everyone on site (including contactors) are trained, inducted and monitored to ensure correct standard of working and adherence to site rules Control waste reception, acceptance and disposal operations Maintain and inspect mobile plant and equipment (e.g. yellow plant / screeners / weighbridge etc.) to ensure safe and compliant use & operation Oversee safe construction projects (cell construction, quarrying activities, leachate/gas infrastructure development and site restoration) Deliver site financial performance including CAPEX/OPEX/Budgets, projects and reporting of financial data; ensure achievement of budget Deliver consistently high levels of customer service and site administration including working knowledge of business applications Manage and develop a successful team What we're looking for; Previous management experience of delivering multi activities on operational sites Previous experience managing budgets, achievement of strategic goals Previous experience of delivering services to a high standard of Safety and Compliance Experience with plant equipment and other vehicles that maybe used onsite The ability to lead and develop a high performing team What's next?
