Interim Exit Support M&A Consultant London/EUR £700 9-12 months JST52349 Finatal is working with an international Private Equity house that are looking for M&A support in the UK. We need a hands-on M&A consultant to support a portfolio CFO who are looking to exit in the next year. The primary objective is to support the CFO, build the data room, FDD, liase with external advisors and running projects for the SLT around the exit. This role involves close work with the fund and CFO extracting data from systems and producing financial models and aiding advisors on all financial questions. There is a small amount of travel which may be involved with a mixture of work in London and the Benelux region.
