?? Location: Off-site UK and NATO Member States/ The Hague (up to 10% on-site)

? Contract Length: Until the end of 2025 (with possible extensions)

?? Clearance: NATO SECRET/UKSC

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team to deliver impactful solutions for NATO.
• Engage with users to capture operational requirements.
• Act as a technical lead in the Coalition Warrior Interoperability Exercise (CWIX) in Poland.
• Translate user needs into detailed specifications and designs.
• Provide guidance on solution development, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Contribute to coding and support change management processes.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in JavaScript and/or C#.
• Experience with Elastic Search or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of Data Bricks, Apache Kafka, and modern software development methodologies (Agile/SCRUM).
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, and network designs.
• Strong presentation skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Must hold NATO nationality and be fluent in English.
