Reporting into the Stores Supervisor you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, updating the relevant systems, undertaking site safety inspections daily and working with the Store Supervisor to ensure the service level is excellent. What you'll do: Maintain a computer stock database facility ensuring traceability of all parts Provide a goods packaging and despatch service for all out-going parts to Repairers Ensure the stores are regularly cleaned and kept free from obstruction Carry out regular stock checks within Stores including stock reconciliation Ensure any part discrepancies or issues are brought to the attention of Management Adhere to quality management procedures Organise and arrange couriers for special deliveries Package items safely and securely and despatch to suppliers/repairers Send parts off for calibration accept deliveries, checking quantities of items and other goods in responsibilities Locate and pick requested items and prepare for shipping Provide a goods packaging and despatch service for all out-going deliveries Maintain control of the waste and recover any reusable equipment Monitor and Control all Packaging materials Maintain a record of Test and Calibration equipment Regularly undertake inventory checks and ensure any part discrepancies or issues are reported Review on a regular basis the condition and shelf life substances contained within the COSHH cabinet. Required to attend job related courses.
