Your role summary: As proactive Social Media and PR Executive you will be responsible for crafting and executing our social media strategy, managing public relations campaigns, and building our brand presence online and offline. You will help tell our brand story, engage with our audience, and support the growth of our customer base.Your main responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).Create engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, tailored to each social media channel. Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and optimise future campaignsRespond to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster positive community engagement.Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices, ensuring our brand maintains a strong and relevant online presence.Collaborate with the design teams to develop content that showcases our furnishings in inspiring and visually appealing ways.Coordinate photoshoots and video content that highlight our products, customer experiences, and brand story.Work with influencers and partners to create engaging content that increase brand visibility.Develop and execute PR campaigns to promote the brand, new product launches, and events.Draft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to secure coverage in key publications.Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry partners. Coordinate media requests and handle inquiries in a professional manner.Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communications, ensuring alignment with brand identity and values.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that messaging is unified and reflective of the brand's positioning.Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and audience sentiment to adjust strategies and identify opportunities.Assist in organizing and promoting store events, product launches, and other promotional activities.Key strengths needed for your roleBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or PR, preferably in the home furnishing industry.Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative flair for storytelling.Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics) to track performance and make data-driven decisions.Strong visual eye and experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) are preferred.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Experience working with influencers and building media relationships.A passion for interior design, furnishings, and creating beautiful, inspiring spaces.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a passionate and creative team in the furnishings industry.A dynamic and supportive work environment where your ideas and creativity are valued.Please send your CV and a covering letter to [email protected], we would love to hear from you.
