AI Engineer

Job Title: Contract AI Engineer Location: Remote Contract Duration: 12 Months Our client is pushing the boundaries of AI-driven solutions to deliver innovative products that empower our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer on a contract basis to assist in the development of cutting-edge AI models and technologies. We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with a deep understanding of both traditional and modern AI methodologies. The successful candidate will work on various AI/ML projects, including the development of language models, natural language processing (NLP) systems, generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and more. You will be expected to design, build, and configure models with a focus on performance metrics like precision and recall. Develop and optimize large language models (LLM) and small language models. Implement and fine-tune Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems. Build and configure traditional AI models alongside modern generative AI (GenAI) systems. Apply techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance model efficiency and performance. Ensure AI models meet accuracy benchmarks, particularly in terms of precision and recall. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products. Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and natural language technologies. Proven experience in building and configuring both traditional AI models and modern LLMs. Expertise in developing small language models and handling data in resource-constrained environments. Experience with Generative AI and RAG frameworks. Proficiency with AI/ML tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc. Familiarity with deployment and scaling of AI models in production environments. Experience in AI research or publications in relevant areas.
