Senior Consultant - Education Recruitment
Are you an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant looking for an ambitious, high-performing environment with greater earning potential?
EdEx are searching for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our established team, based in our HQ in Maidstone, Kent.
We currently focus on long-term and permanent recruitment, i.e no short term/daily supply. Despite being a small team of 13, we have built a culture of hard-work and high performance which we are only looking to maintain and elevate.
With future plans to double our headcount over the next coming years, we are searching for ambitious individuals to join us on our journey, in turn receiving brilliant commission, various promotion opportunities, training and mentoring and of course the fun perks, incentives, holidays and rewards that come with recruitment.
Job Info & Perks
- £30,000 - £40,000 basic
- Minimum OTE £50k - 60k for an experienced consultant
- Best commission structure in the industry

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12 months experience in Education Recruitment with proven billings
- Excellent written and spoken English essential
- Someone who values their own work and has pride in the candidates they represent
- Commutable to Maidstone, Kent.
