Job Title: Project Manager Passive Fire Protection
Location: Farnborough
Salary: £50k to £60k
Hours of Work: 40 Hours Monday Friday
Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately
A privately owned, specialist contractor and sub-contractor, focused on Fire Protection within the built-environment, now require an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Duties and responsibilities
- Management of multiple projects across education, residential, leisure, infrastructure and commercial sectors
- Responsible for HSEQ standards across projects
- Sub-contractor Management
- Full oversight of projects from planning to handover
- Production of Risk assessments and Method Statements
- Accurate Reporting
It is essential or preferrable that you have the following experience, qualifications or skills;
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- FIRAS Supervisor
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project Manager in a Passive Fire Protection role
