Required Background: Main Contracting Our client, based in South London, is a reputable Principle Contractor operating in London and the South East, and are looking to strengthen their New Build Residential Division with an experienced Estimator. Working closely with both the Commercial Director and Head of Bidding, you will play a pivotal part in the companies from end process: winning work and pricing jobs that are primarily apartment schemes from £5-30m. Some residential experience is a pre-requisite but education, commercial and health sector experience will also be well received. Ref: 3367MR
