Sous Chef - Home Kitchen, Primrose Hill - Up To 45k Home Kitchen Primrose Hill is recruiting a talented Sous Chef to be part of their wonderful non-profit project The restaurants team are individuals who come from vulnerable backgrounds who are/have been homeless, all receiving intensive training, support, and opportunities to gain qualifications in the hospitality industry. Plus, all employees are paid the London Living Wage and are provided with travel cards to support their journey to independence. The site is located in leafy Primrose Hill, London and the kitchen operation is under the watchful eye of Adam Simmonds & Toby Lever The offering is fine dining with emphasis upon British/Modern European cuisine, which incorporates a choice of a 3-course A La Carte menu or a 6-course set menu Wednesday to Sunday. The restaurants capacity is 65 covers, and the current kitchen brigade consists of a team of 8 individuals all needing your expert guidance. You are ideally a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef that comes from a high-end background (Rosette or Michelin highly desirable). You have a real passion for the project and making a difference to people lives through teaching all the skills necessary in hospitality. Personality wise you will be nurturing, guiding and calm natured and have unwavering passion for training and teaching.
