Mental Health and Wellbeing Assistant Are you looking to gain some first-hand experience before become a clinical / Educational Psychologist? Do you want to support vulnerable individuals and give them the best opportunities possible? If so, we are working with a modern and pupil-centred Secondary School in the Borough of Havering in South East London who are looking for a Mental Health and Wellbeing Assistant to join their supportive, friendly and hardworking team. The successful candidate will work alongside the brilliant SEND, Pastoral and Safeguarding teams to address the additional needs required by students to reduce barriers to learning. The Mental Health and Wellbeing Assistant Role will include the following responsibilities: Mentoring students with SEND, SEMH and Safeguarding requirements. Developing strong relationships with pupils; Work Experience Placements; Learning Skills Centre; and Colleges Links.
