Advanced Nurse Practitioner

The Surgical Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Gynae-oncology will integrate into the gynaecology surgical team ensuring the following tasks and responsibilities are consistently met to a high standard: * Routine management of gynaecology surgical patients in in-patient and out-patient areas, in collaboration with the surgical team. * Advanced clinical assessment, initiation of care and treatment, and monitoring of disease progression and efficacy of treatment. * Act as a highly specialised role model and leader for all members of staff * Play a major role in the continuous development of the services within the Trust and as a potential member of a range of trust patient experience/ quality/process improvement project groups
