We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who thrives on experimentation, testing, and driving growth across the entire AARRR funnel—Awareness, Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, and Referrals. As they enter a new phase of rapid expansion, they are looking to amplify their acquisition strategy, enhance funnel experimentation, and optimize conversion rates through robust testing.About the RoleAs the Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the app's go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This isn’t just a marketing role—it’s about driving true growth. You’ll work closely with a strong product team, continuously optimizing and driving growth initiatives. Our client is looking for someone with a growth hacker mindset, a proven track record of running and scaling experiments, and delivering tangible results.Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be joining the team at an exciting time as they lay the groundwork for future expansion. Your contributions will directly shape foundational growth strategies, making this a rare opportunity to make a significant impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute growth strategies across the entire AARRR funnel.Design, prioritize, and run continuous experiments to drive user growth, optimizing performance through iterative testing.Collaborate closely with product, development, and design teams to implement and test new campaigns.Continuously optimize existing growth channels (e-commerce platform, organic advertising, email marketing, push notifications) while exploring and diversifying into new channels.Build and enhance email marketing campaigns, in-app experiences, and other acquisition strategies.Analyze user behavior to identify churn risks and develop strategies to improve retention and lifetime value.Adopt a test-and-scale approach, focusing on high-impact experiments before scaling successful strategies.Prioritize initiatives based on potential impact and feasibility, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.Track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of growth initiatives.Performance MeasuresIncrease in net installs and conversions from freemium to paid plans.Improved customer lifetime value (LTV).Successful execution of growth experiments with measurable impacts on key metrics.Effective cross-functional collaboration to achieve growth objectives.Achievement of both short-term wins and progress toward long-term growth goals.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 4+ years in growth marketing or lifecycle marketing with a strong focus on growth, particularly within product-led growth (PLG) companies.Expertise: Deep understanding of the AARRR funnel and proven experience running experiments across it.Skillset: Strong background in acquisition strategies, email marketing, customer lifecycle optimization, and keyword research.Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product teams, especially in environments where the product has traditionally driven the GTM strategy.Bonus: Experience with Shopify ads, including familiarity with key terms, queries, and match types.Why You’ll Love This RoleBe part of a small, international, and diverse team where transparency and collaboration are core values.Work on products that customers love, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.Enjoy a flexible work culture with hybrid working options, no dress code, and an office located in the heart of Shoreditch.Continuously develop your skills in a supportive and innovative environment.Contribute to a bootstrapped, profitable company that is scaling quickly.Compensation and BenefitsSalary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.Working Arrangements: Hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office.Benefits: Company-provided laptop, private health package, employee discounts, and access to wellbeing portals.Time Off: 30 days of leave, excluding bank holidays.Perks: Weekly team lunches, quarterly team events, and a vibrant office location in Shoreditch with excellent transport links.
