An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as an Office Administrator, working at our Warrington office.


Salary: Up to £22,500


About the role


This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:00.

This role will cover general office administration including transport and will play a key role in ensuring site documentation is prepared in line with dates that jobs are due to start and finish. In such a busy role this role will be quite reactive.


Role responsibilities


  • Booking of accommodation for site operatives.
  • Preparing site packs for jobs.
  • Scanning and closing down of completed job packs.
  • Answering telephone calls.
  • Transport checks, booking of servicing, MOTS, entering transport sheets onto system, checking all vehicles are compliant and we are meeting the requirements for out Transport dept.
  • Booking of training, updating of training certificates.
  • General office administration duties.
  • This list in not exhaustive and there will be further training on Contracts Admin for this role to enable you to cover Demolition and Asbestos.


About you


  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads on a daily basis.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Well organised.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Being able to work calmly under pressure.
