Regional Service Manager Location: West of the UK, including Wales and Ireland Hours: 40 hours per week **Company car provided as well as attractive company benefits. Manpower Engineering is recruiting for an industry leader in optical systems and precision engineering. We're seeking a dynamic Regional Service Manager to join our client's team, specialising in the Microscopy Solutions. You'll play a key role in managing a team of Field Service Engineers, Technical Product Specialists, and Technical Support Engineers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and team performance. Principal Purpose As Regional Service Manager, your role will involve managing and leading a regional team to provide exceptional service and support. You'll handle customer escalations, oversee team development, and ensure performance targets are achieved, all while maintaining high standards of service delivery. Principal Elements of the Regional Service Manager Role Manage a team of engineers and technical specialists across the region, driving performance and hitting KPIs Oversee customer escalations and ensure cases are resolved swiftly and effectively Lead the implementation of the SalesForce CRM system, ensuring team readiness for Spring 2025 Conduct appraisals, manage training, and continuously improve team efficiency Regular site visits to customers, ensuring top-level service delivery Ensure Health & Safety compliance and maintain high standards of operational excellenceRequirements Proven experience managing technical teams Strong understanding of service delivery KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics Knowledge of CRM systems, ideally SalesForce Willingness to travel across the region, including some international travel Experience in customer escalations and team performance managementWhat We're Offering: Competitive base salary & Bonus structure Company car and great employee benefits.Location: Predominantly home-based with regional travel and some international travel for training and meetings If you're ready to take the next step in your career and enjoy great benefits with growth opportunities, get in touch
