Our award-winning, independent Marketing Agency based in Salford Quays, Manchester, is looking for a super-organised Senior Digital Account Manager to join the team. An ambitious studio, targeting a candidate that can match their enthusiasm and drive.

About You: 

 

Having experience in a digital agency, you will be able to manage multiple client and projects at once. Having worked on a range of Digital Channels & Campaigns – PPC, Social, SEO, Email, etc. 

 

As the primary contact for a selection of existing clients, you will be a key player in their online growth. Ensuring maximum value from our services, you will be extremely well-organised and disciplined with excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships. 

 

With support from the team, you will be assisting with development marketing strategies and advising clients on how to achieve their objectives in the most effective manner. 

 

SkillsExperience and Responsibilities

 

  • Developing, presenting, and executing effective marketing strategies across B2C/Lifestyle sectors. 
  • Working as part of the Client Services team to ensure the effective planning and implementation of campaigns and projects. 
  • Strategic knowledge and working experience of various Digital Channels - PPC, SEO, Social Platforms, Email & Web.
  • Collaborating with Designers, Developers & Copywriters to ensure projects hit brief.
  • Performance Reporting, Analysis & Budget Management: Creation of detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on in-depth analysis of campaign data.
  • Client Onboarding: Understanding of commercially focused objectives and potential deliverables.   
  • Regular client contact including meetings, presentations, and teams.
  • Proven experience with a minimum of 4/5 years’ experience overseeing multiple digital media accounts. 
  • Agency experience within a digital agency or similar.
