Capstone are recruiting an Associate Director Building Surveyor on behalf of an established firm of building surveyors who have a longstanding range of clients. Based in London, the candidate would ideally have experience managing a small team as well as an energetic attitude. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your potential as there is huge career progression available with Director and Owner buy in positions up for grabs.
The Role:
The role would suit either an established Associate or a Senior ready to move into this role. The right candidate must be willing to work hard and be keen to push the business forward as well as help innovate strategies. In turn you will be recognised and given the opportunity to growth with close contact with the owners of the company where you will not just be a number. The variety of work covers:
- Contract administration
- Licensing
- Internal and external projects
- Party wall matters
- Schedule of condition
- Dilapidations
- TDD
- RCA
- LTA
A successful candidate must:
- MRICS qualified with experience as a Senior or Associate
- Clear written and verbal communication skills#
- Energetic attitude
