Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive industry experience in sectors such as Banking, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Aviation/Aerospace, and Transport. You will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent across the United Kingdom, Europe, the US, and Canada, both for full-time and contract positions.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment Management:

Lead the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, particularly for niche roles. Demonstrate a history of successful high-volume placements. Industry Expertise:

Leverage your knowledge in Banking, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Aviation/Aerospace, and Transport to attract and engage top-tier candidates. Global Sourcing:

Effectively source candidates across multiple geographies, including the UK, Europe, US, and Canada. Strong understanding of the US and Canadian recruitment markets, including geographic and cultural nuances. Executive Search:

Utilize your executive search experience to identify and engage with senior-level candidates, ensuring a high-quality recruitment experience. Adaptability and Learning Agility:

Quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Mass Hiring and Priority Sourcing:

Excel in sourcing candidates for priority, active, and mass hiring needs. Utilize creative and proactive sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline. Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, candidates, and team members. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Problem-Solving:

Bring innovative and creative thinking to solve complex recruitment challenges. Demonstrate a proactive approach to addressing issues and improving processes. Organizational Skills:

Display excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Cloud Services Expertise:

Possess expertise in cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, SaaS, and PaaS, with the ability to source and evaluate candidates with these specialized skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment processes. Industry experience in Banking, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Aviation/Aerospace, and Transport. Proven success in executive search and mass hiring. Strong knowledge of the UK recruitment markets. Exceptional communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Creative thinker and problem-solver. Proficiency in cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, SaaS, PaaS) is a plus.
