Work the banqueting kitchen Be part of the kitchen brigade ensuring a well-organised and motivated team Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times Prepare and present high quality food What are we looking for? Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Demi Chef de Partie Approaches food in a creative way Positive attitude Good communication skills Excellent planning and organising skills Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings TPBN1_UKCT
