We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading consultancy on a high-profile government project. You'll work with a dynamic team to analyse and improve business processes and systems, designing solutions that integrate effectively with technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business processes and systems.
• Identify customer requirements and develop future state solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to implement changes.
• Provide solutions to complex problems and support project delivery.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience in business analysis, ideally in large-scale projects.
• Must be SC-Cleared or Clearable
• Proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in government or defence sectors is a plus.
