On behalf of our client, an innovation pioneer within the Embedded Finance space , we are currently looking for a dynamic professional to overtake the role of Sr. Sales Manager (B2B eCommerce / SaaS), based in London, UK (Hybrid). About the role: Reporting to the VP of Sales & Partnerships, the Sr. Sales Manager will lead and drive the company’s go-to-market strategy across the designated vertical of: B2B eCommerce / SaaS. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the embedded finance ecosystem, with the vision to shape the future of embedded hedging, while connecting it with the broader finance landscape. Key Aspects: Vertical Leadership: Develop vertical sales messaging and playbook. Spearhead the vertical of B2B eCommerce / SaaS with subscription models. Define and refine the unique selling propositions (USPs) to differentiate the company’s offerings within the vertical and ensure market competitiveness. Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships, onboard champion partners that match the company’s ideal customer profile, and drive revenue within your vertical. Embedded Finance Expertise: Act as a thought leader in embedded finance; clearly articulate and advocate for the necessity of embedded hedging within the ecosystem. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base. Client Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite, to facilitate strategic partnerships. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the company’s Product and Trading Desk teams to tailor solutions that meet vertical-specific needs. Ideal Candidate Profile: 5-10 years of experience in Sales, preferably within the FinTech or Embedded Finance sectors. Proven track record in partnership development and achieving sales targets. Strong network within your specified vertical (B2B eCommerce / SaaS) will be considered as an advantage. High proficiency in creating professional presentations (Power Point, Google Slides etc.) and effectively communicating value propositions. Proven thought leader with the ability to break down and communicate complex concepts in an accessible and impactful manner. Strong ability to influence key stakeholders through compelling presentations and sharing industry insights. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
