Site Manager

A Midlands-based UPVC window and door manufacturer with a strong reputation working in partnership with both Main Contractors on large Commercial projects and large housing projects are looking to appoint an additional Site Manager to oversee projects across the Midlands area The position will be to manage projects from initial planning through to completion. You will be responsible for managing site operatives and sub-contractors, monitoring project costs, expectations of surveyors, consultants and clients in order to deliver projects on time and to budget Key Duties: - Manage site operatives and sub-contractors - Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site, and installers - Ensuring projects run safely and efficiently whilst meeting agreed technical standards - Responsible for audits and inspections for doors and windows Skills & Qualifications.. - Proven Site Management experience within the UPVC and Door installation sector - Knowledge and understanding of relevant Window & Door legislation - UK Driving licence - SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS £47k to £50k, plus additional Company benefits Immediate start Please call Matt (number below) or apply with your CV via the link below Call anytime weekend, mid-week, evening (Please leave a message if I miss your call) (Site Manager, Site Management, Construction Site Management, UPVC Windows & Doors Site Manager, UPVC Windows & Doors Site Management)
