This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Business Development Manager to join a growing team and drive new business across multiple regions.
With a focus on property investment finance, they provide a comprehensive suite of lending products designed for both investors and homeowners. Having expanded significantly since their foundation, they now originate over £1bn of loans annually, backed by institutional investment. Their mission is to deliver innovative financial solutions with exceptional customer service.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of identifying and managing relationships with mortgage intermediaries, introducers, and direct clients. Building and nurturing relationships with intermediaries, introducers, and borrowers.
Driving deal flow across both bridging finance and buy-to-let mortgages.
Responding to inquiries efficiently via phone and email, ensuring accurate CRM recording.
Delivering product training to intermediary partners and staying updated on market conditions.
Field-based
