We are seeking a skilled Production Shift Manager with experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement to oversee our food production team. You will lead, optimise, and enhance operations, ensuring top-quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Leadership: Inspire and coach your team to uphold high standards in food production. Provide regular feedback and development opportunities.Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement. Identify and implement enhancements to boost quality, reduce costs, and optimize workflows.Production Management: Meet production targets focusing on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), accuracy, waste control, and labor efficiency.Quality and Compliance: Adhere to Quality Management Systems and food safety standards, maintaining high hygiene audit scores.Essential Qualifications:Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a food production team with integrity and high performance standards.Lean Manufacturing: Experience in applying Lean principles to enhance production processes.Continuous Improvement: Track record of successful Continuous Improvement initiatives.Experience: Relevant management experience in food production, with strong communication skills.If you have a passion for Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement in food production, we’d love to hear from you.
