Class 1 HGV / lGV Driver

Pertemps are currently recruiting several Class 1 Drivers (C+E) to work on an ad hock ongoing basis for our client based in Immingham who specialise in curtain-sided ferry trailer and container work and deliver to various UK ports.   What will I be expected to do?  Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle to transport goods and materials. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. Follow all traffic laws and regulations. Communicate with dispatch to receive delivery instructions. Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of deliveries.What shifts and start times are available? Normally starting between 7:00am – 8:00am each day.   How much will I be paid as an HGV Driver?  You will be paid £14.00ph. Which skills or experience do I need to apply?   12 months minimum Class 1 experience Category C+E (HGV 1) on your licence Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification No DR10’s No CD10’s No IN10’s – no more than 6 pointsHow to Apply: This is an ongoing HGV Driver role.
