The Role This is a superb opportunity to join an established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals. Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s Counter-Fraud department, it is now seeking to appoint a Litigation Executive/Paralegal/File Handler who will manage their own caseload of litigated counter-fraud cases that require non-delegated authority through to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience managing non-delegated counter-fraud cases.
