Sprayer Tractor Driver

Senior Sprayer / Tractor Driver - Kent - Up to £45,000 + accomodation and bills paid! We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Sprayer / Tractor Driver who will be responsible for operating across 1,500-acres of a larger 2,200-acres. This role includes managing combinable crops, overseeing spraying operations, and driving a combine harvester. There is an average 60-hour work week over 46 weeks per year. Candidates should have extensive experience in tractor driving and spraying operations, with the opportunity for progression within the company. Role: * Operate and maintain tractors across 1,500 acres of the estate. * Perform spraying tasks for combinable crops. * Drive a combine harvester during the harvest season. * Carry out daily maintenance checks on machinery and ensure safe operation. * Handle telehandlers for farm operations (desirable but not essential). * Monitor crop health and assist with crop management duties. * Work collaboratively with the estate team to ensure smooth farm operations. * Working an average 60-hour week across 46 weeks a year Skills/Experience: * Tractor driving * PA1, PA2 & PA6 certificates (essential) * PA4 (desirable) * Telehandler driving (desirable) Location/Radius: * Kent, TN17 Salary/Benefits: * Up to £45,000 per year (dependant on experience) * Accommodation provided; 3-bed static caravan with all bills covered * Potential for progression within the company.
