The role would suit an experienced School Finance Administrator who would like to work on a part time basis. The role offered is 20 hours per week and the school can be flexible on the days and hours worked to fit you schedule. The school is a very friendly, successful school where staff and children thrive. The school has strong links to the local Catholic Church and children enjoy regular visits. There is a small but very efficient school office team in place who are ready to help you settle into your role. This role would suit a Finance Administrator with good working knowledge of Arbour and the following duties; Placing orders Processing invoices Processing payments Approving timesheet Receiving orders and reporting differences immediately VAT returns - first week of the month Bank reconciliation Budget monitoringProcess accruals Budget setting Process Year End PayrollSchool Finance Administrator's with excellent customer service skills and eye for detail would be most welcome to apply!
