In this role, you will mentor and share your expertise with students, guiding them toward successful careers. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Electrical Installation. Develop and implement lesson plans and schemes of work according to curriculum requirements. monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. Support students in exam and assessment preparation. Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience. Qualifications and Experience: Level 3 NVQ qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent. 18th Edition Teaching qualification (needed) Teaching experience in Electrical Installation (needed) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
