Site Manager

Permanent position / Site Manager with a civils background / £50k - £60k + Package MTR Partnership are currently working with a regional Civils Contractor who are looking to recruit a Civils biased Site Manager to take autonomy of multiple live sites at any one time. They are a specialist contractor who take pride in knowing their corner of the market extensively and providing a niche service to a high quality. They are looking for an individual with extensive experience in managing multiple concurrent live projects with a civils background and who has a proven track record of delivering schemes up to c£2m, operating out of their head office in Barnsley with site visits. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Managing projects and site crews, from ordering plant and materials, to van hire and crew management
• Delivering profitable projects to a high standard
• Ensuring Company Safety and Quality Objectives are adhered to at all times
• Developing an efficient, safe and effective team
• Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers
• Maintaining /promoting good work practices
• Ensuring customers requirements are met
• Ensuring all Equalities and Diversity policy to be followed at workplace
