Inbound Call Handler

Huntswood is looking for Call Handlers with excellent admin skills to join an exciting project for a wealth and pensions provider. If you are a friendly person who enjoy giving a good customer service experience, then we have a role for you. As a Call handler your main duty will be to deal with inbound calls from customers who have general enquires or want to make changed to their products or details. You will make updates to the databases, give customer information when required or guide customers through online options and processes.
