These guidelines are to be provided by the Head Chef.Guest In the absence of the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities Prepares, cooks and stores dishes Provides direction to the Kitchen staffMonitor standards of production to ensure quality.Role model a great guest experience at all times and wherever this is requiredMaintaining cleanliness, hygiene and Company standards in both public and private areas, taking pride in the hotel and its employee team. Display a pro-active and consistent approach to stock control and cost control. Lead communication and up skilling to Chefs/Kitchen Porters regarding the products and services the hotel has to offer, guest satisfaction scores and hotel areas of focus Maintain compliance standards Positively represent the Atlas brand Other Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service.
