Head of Change and Transformation

The Head of Transformation and Change will be responsible for overseeing enterprise architecture and end-to-end project delivery, driving digital transformation across the business divisions. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in leading large- scale change and transformation programmes, rather than simply project delivery. Reporting to the CIO, the individual will align technology initiatives with business goals to support the company’s ambition to become a digital leader in the industry. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the modernisation and unification of technology landscape across divisions, improving operational efficiency. • Oversee and enhance the end-to-end process of project and programme delivery. • Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and drive transformation. • Lead and develop the Business Analysis, PMO, and Enterprise Architecture teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives. • Support the company's digital transformation roadmap, which includes: 1. Productivity & Connectivity: Equip employees with modern digital tools and infrastructure to enhance health, safety, and efficiency. 2. Data & AI: Strengthen data infrastructure for advanced analytics and future AI-driven decision-making. 3. End-to-End Automation: Implement platforms to automate processes across all business areas. Key Projects: • Adoption of Power BI for data visualisation and reporting. • Migration to cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS). • Potential implementation of Dynamics 365. Team Structure: • Directly report to the CIO. • Business Analysis, PMO, and Enterprise Architecture teams report into this role. • Enterprise Architecture also has a dotted reporting line to the CIO. Flexibility & Travel: This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home, but regular travel will be required to key locations across the UK and the US. Please reply without delay.
