This role is available as a fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave for 6-9 months. What will you be doing? As a Telephony Advisor for BES Group, you will plan and book their engineering inspections using purpose designed software. You will help us deliver the highest quality inspections by confirming all the details so our engineers get to where they’re needed, when they’re needed. You will: Using your excellent customer service skills to contact our customers and inform of, or confirm their booking Confirmation of appointments for all inspections with customers via inbound and outbound calls Use purpose designed software to ensure correct data is inputted for the engineers to follow, ensuring an effective and efficient schedule Working with the wider team to prioritise and book in urgent inspections when required Using your fantastic problem-solving skills to keep our engineer travel time to a minimum, ensuring that we are as efficient as we can be Ability to self-manage workloads and work to strict deadlines Ability to provide reliable, high-quality service to customers Ability to input accurate data in to the system Achieving quality and productivity targets relating to inspection bookings and telephony SLA’s As part of our team, you will get: A salary of £22,000 Up to 10% pension contribution 2 x life cover Enhanced maternity / adoption leave Annual salary review 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays An additional day’s holiday for your birthday every year Access to our buy and sell holiday scheme Discounts and savings via our employee benefits portal Health and wellbeing support via our Employee Assistance Programme Company wide volunteering scheme Guaranteed fundraising support for your chosen charity We want you to be you Our focus on diversity, equality and inclusion is here to stay.
