The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the claims process while gaining valuable experience in the high-end insurance sector. Ideally, the candidate will have a degree in Construction or Real Estate . Key Responsibilities: Assist with the management and administration of insurance claims, from initial notification through to settlement. Consult with clients, brokers, and insurance companies to ensure claims are processed efficiently. Maintain accurate records of claims and update systems accordingly. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Provide support to senior claims handlers and assist in resolving complex claims. Manage customer queries and offer support during the claims process. Review policies to ensure coverage is adequate for the claims being made. Assist with general office administration tasks as required. Skills and Qualifications: Recent graduate with a degree in Construction or Real Estate or a similar field. Strong organisational skills with excellent diligence. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). An initiative-taking approach to problem-solving and the ability to prioritise tasks. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. A genuine interest in the insurance industry and a desire to develop a career in claims handling.
