Electrical Estimator

We are currently seeking an Electrical Estimator to be based in Leeds on a 3 month+ contract Responsibilities: * Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to understand the scope of work * Research and prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor services including any transport requirements * Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors * Assess risk levels associated with the project * Monitor costs at all stages of the project to ensure estimates are accurate * Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for estimating * Analyse blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labour estimates * Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality * Present estimates to management and clients in a clear and detailed manner * Maintain records of estimated and actual costs * Qualifications: * Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator * Strong analytical skills with attention to detail * Proficient in cost control methods * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations * If you have the skills and knowledge required to deliver projects then please apply
